Soothing Creosote Balm with Arizona Lavender

All variations of our Creosote Balm contain creosote bush leaves infused in all-natural, non-GMO avocado and grapeseed oils high in anti-oxidant lutein and vitamin E, and cosmetic-grade USA beeswax.

We harvest our creosote from the vast Sonoran Desert desert that is our backyard, and infuse it with grapeseed and avocado carrier oils in large glass jars set out in the Arizona sun and moon for 4-8 weeks. 

We triple-filter the resulting infusion oil, mix with cosmetic-grade beeswax we source from a Texas apiary (we're working on setting up our own apiary!), and add a touch of Grosso Lavender (Lavandula x intermedia) essential oil from Windy Hill Lavender Farm, in Heber, AZ. 

The resulting balm smells like our beloved desert after a summer rain with a hint of lavender, and is chockful of the healing properties of Creosote plus vitamin E and anti-oxidants. 

Use our Creosote Balms on cuts, scrapes, burns, insect bites and rashes, chapped lips, dry skin, eczema and psoriasis, as well as swollen or painful joints and muscles, or rub a little on your wrists to get that intense Sonoran Monsoon scent. 

Currently available in a 2-ounce screw-top tin, perfect for use at home, work or vacation.

Responsibly harvested creosote, organic avocado and grapeseed oils, cosmetic-grade beeswax from Arizona and/or Texas. Lavender version contains Arizona lavender essential oil.

External use only: Creosote is powerful medicine. Our balms are for external and occasional use only, and not intended for internal consumption. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and small children. Do not ingest.  

Variations: Please note that since we make our balms in small batches, you can expect slight variations in color, smell and texture from tin to tin.
